Microsoft “ MY Phone Beta ” is now available for public use also, previously it was limited to selected beta Tester only.

MicrosoftMyPhone

Microsoft® My Phone syncs information between your mobile phone and the web, enabling you to:

  • Back up and restore your phone’s information to a password-protected web site
  • Access and update your contacts and appointments through your web account
  • Share photos on your phone with family and friend

Microsoft does not charge a fee for the My Phone service at this time. But the data plan you have with your mobile operator may require you to pay data-transfer charges when you use the service. If you are unsure of your plan coverage, please contact your mobile operator.

To install on your phone, enter http://myphone.microsoft.com/install in your mobile phone’s browser and follow the installation instructions.

After you install My Phone and synchronize, you can view information from your phone – such as contacts, calendar appointments, music, photos, and videos – on your My Phone page.

Notes* "My Phone" only works for phones using "Windows Mobile 6" operating system. It doesn’t support non-Microsoft phones.
