Today Microsoft announced that the Next major service update for Microsoft Dynamic CRM will be releasing by second quarter of 2012. With this update, customers will be able to sync their information almost on any devices they choose from wherever they are. The Next service update will be cloud-based, cross-platform, native mobile support for Windows Phone 7, iPad, iPhone, Android and Blackberry devices.
In addition to that, the update will delivering enhanced social functionality with secure environment and new enterprise class features, and adds wide web browser options for users like Internet Explorer, Chrome, Firefox and safari running on Windows PC Mac or iPad.

Microsoft Dynamics CRM Mobile will be available at a starting price of $30 (U.S.) per user, per month and supports the use of up to three devices per user.
